As a global keynote speaker, coach, and trainer, I have over 10 years of experience in sharing my insights on topics such as happiness at work, high performing teams, passion, storytelling, and sustainability and the future of work.

I spent many years as actor, filmmaker and stand up comedian in my previous life. I produced a couple of feature films and wrote two books, one on well being and the other on how to reinvent yourself. Usually if you hire me or us, you want something global, out of the box, full of passion and emotions. I will get the story out of you. If you like slightly boring, or the conservative sidedon't call me/us.

🎭 Le 25 novembre, je remonte sur scène à #Bordeaux… et je remonte sur le cheval. Encore.

Dans deux semaines, je joue la 6ᵉ version de mon one-man show à la Table d’Adama. Je l'ai écris cet été.
Un spectacle sur… tout ce que j’ai raté dans la vie.
(C'est plus drôle que mes succès et tout ce que ça m’a appris sur le leadership.)

Parce qu’on ne va pas se mentir :
👉 j’ai connu la dépression,
👉 le burn-out,
👉 des rêves explosés au Japon,
👉 d’autres en Chine,
👉 des illusions à Los Angeles,
👉 des claques au Moyen-Orient

Et pourtant, je suis toujours là.
Toujours en train de remettre la selle, même quand le cheval n’est pas d’accord.

Comme le disait Hemigway.

« Je me suis senti adulte le jour où j’ai compris qu’il fallait continuer, même avec le cœur brisé. »

Et comme le rappelait Soulages :

"Parfois il faut simplement acheminer, acheminer vers un je ne sais quoi mais acheminer"

Et puis il y a John Lennon qui résume ma vie mieux que moi :

« Life is what happens to you when you’re busy making other plans. »

Pendant 30 ans, j’ai cru que la vie c’était des objectifs, des stratégies, des plans.
(Et Dieu sait que j’en ai eu : des plans A, B, C, D, E… Parfois jusqu’à Z-bis.)

Puis j’ai compris que le leadership, le vrai, c’est :

🔥 1. Savoir se relever. Meme avec 100 flèches dans le dos..

🔥 2. Savoir accueillir l’imprévu et l'embrasser, trouver de la gratitude partout..

🔥 3. Garder un But. Un Pourquoi. Une Énergie. Y'a que cela. 

🔥 4. Ne jamais se prendre trop au sérieux. 

🔥 5. Transformer chaque chute en ressource pour les autres. On doit laisser
sa trace, on doit montrer aux autres que c'est possible. 

C’est ce que je fais aujourd’hui avec des leaders partout dans le monde avec Humanava que ce soit en présentiel, en ligne, en groupe ou individuel :
A Paris, aux États-Unis, en Tunisie, au Maroc, en Géorgie, …ET meme parfois à ..Bordeaux..ou je vis.
Je leur apprends la seule chose qui m’a sauvé :
continuer d’avancer, même foutu, même cassé, même perdu avec cette impression que dans le rock bottom on trouve ce qu'on a dans vraiment dans le pantalon. 

Et c’est exactement ce que je raconte dans ce show.
Avec de l’humour. Beaucoup d’humour. Surtout de l'émotion. 
Parce que si on ne rit pas de nos échecs, ce sont eux qui rient de nous.
Une manière de lâcher du lest. Et puis de me faire un kif
