•	Information Management Services Portal – Subject Matter Expert, lead developer of IMA’s public-facing SharePoint site. Delivered a simple, elegant and corporate design with the consideration of UI responsiveness that fits as well to mobile browsing

•	Investigate the daily incidents and issues raised/reported on supported SharePoint and InfoPath applications and apply workaround and permanent fixes
