Most people don’t fail because they lack opportunity.
They fail because they lack patience.

I realized this after watching a video by Leila Hormozi that shook me out of my own patterns.

Her message was simple, but it hit deep:
👉 Discipline is wealth. Quitting is poverty.

Looking back, I saw the truth in it.

Whenever things got uncomfortable in my career, I used to chase something new:

A new job that felt more exciting.

A new side hustle that seemed easier.

A new project that promised quicker results.

Each time, I thought I was moving forward.
In reality, I was pressing the reset button.
I was starting from zero over and over again.

What I failed to realize was this:
Growth doesn’t happen at the start, when it feels fresh and exciting.
Growth happens in the “valley of frustration" when it’s boring, painful, and unclear.

Wealth (in career, in money, in life) is built by enduring long enough to collect the rewards that only consistency can bring.

Now, I see things differently.
I don’t ask, “What’s next?” anymore.
I ask, “How can I make this work?”

Because the truth is:
The person who sticks with an “average” opportunity long enough will outperform the person who hops endlessly between “better” opportunities.

Patience compounds.
Discipline compounds.
And that compounding is what creates freedom.

If you’re stuck, maybe you don’t need something new.
Maybe you just need to stay.
