In the last three years (after completing my MBA from IIM Calcutta), I have had the opportunity to work in 3 different countries with a varied experience of co-founding a prop-tech startup in Dubai, being an in-house consultant for Alshaya Group, and currently- developing business expansion strategies for an early-stage prop-tech startup backed by Lodha group of companies. With a varied experience of working in multiple functions- Tech, HR, Finance, Strategy, and Business Development, I have learned to tread any unknown territory with confidence. Some of the examples of my achievements are- 1. Successful planning & execution to acquire & launch 100 + acres of the land parcel as the project manager, resulting in a 9-figure topline generation 2. Negotiated and closed multiple MOU/Term Sheets for the company in the last 9 months 3. Single-handedly developed and implemented Menu-Engineering process for implementing periodic correction in Pricing, earning an incremental margin of $2 Mn 4. Provided a data-backed recommendation to the food delivery business to adopt the Omni-channel framework and aggressively start food delivery business from all the dine-in outlets, resulting in reduced post-covid losses to the food division I am a natural problem solver with an eye for identifying black swans in a typical business or any generic situation. I have had the experience of optimizing the bare minimum resources to create the desired output. Multiple situations of working in uncertainty, chaos, and constant changes have provided me with an opportunity to hone my emotional quotient.
