Recruitment and Hiring
Handle all manpower needs of the company.
Find innovative low cost ways of searching for appropriate candidates.
Conducting the HR round of interviews, including salary negotiations.
Issuing offer letters, employment agreements and other joining documentation. 
Employee Relations and Administration
Single handedly run the HR function for over 180 employees spread over 10 different international locations.
Handle Induction and other joining formalities for new joiners.
Apply for New Joiners visa and ensure transfers are done.
Mediate between the bank and employees for account opening procedures.
Mediate between employee and Medical insurance provider on addition, deletions and claims on the policy.
Maintain daily attendance and leave records for all employees.
Maintain end to end of employee records and personal file maintenance and FOCUS system.
Custodian for and constantly reviewing and upgrade internal policies and procedures.
Manage employee exit formalities including final settlement calculation, visa cancellation and clearances.

Employee Engagement and Retention
Directly responsible for HR activities and for over 450 employees which is further elaborated in points below:
Assisted/interacted with employees for their various queries and problems on a daily basis by means of daily floor rounds, HR Open forum.
Contribute towards enhancing communication between management and employees through monitored &amp; periodic open forums with middle &amp; senior level management.
Tracked the coverage and progress of all such forums.

Closely interacted with the client on HR transformation project before &amp; during the takeover.
Administered &amp; ran annual increment exercises.
An SME on the payroll process, ensuring no salary exceptions in the ERP. 
Responsible for 100% compliance on internal and external audit like SOX and ISO certifications.
Was involved in 2 organization wide projects.
Closely watched E-SAT, through various employee engagement exercises.
Automation of the separation process.

Administration internal processes like maintenance of leave records, appraisals, daily attendance audits, salary related administration.
Dissemination of HR policies and procedures.

Met Compliance Requirements. Create issue and maintain HR related documentation.
Conduct separation procedure for exiting employees inclusive of conducting exit interviews.
Play the role of an SME on the HR function and have inducted and trained a team of 4 executives.
