I am passionate about project planning through teamwork and the use of technological tools, currently searching for a good opportunity to collaborate as an architectural technician, cad drafter, autocad drafter, cad technician, drafter designer, autocad designer. I have been involved in remote work for projects located in the island of Saint Martin/Sint Maarten working for an architectural firm with a multicultural team as an Architectural Drafter for production of complete and accurate schematic design, design development, and construction drawings for high-end residential projects. In Colombia I have construction experience. I have a diploma in BIM ENGINIEERING with Autodesk certifications in the use of Infraworks, Civil 3d, Revit for architectural components, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, Navisworks for project coordination and BIM Docs for cloud work. I am proficient in As-built documentation as it relates to existing conditions and have knowledge of architectural and construction practices and specification as well as I am a problem solver and solution provider with the ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects. I have a strong understanding of reading and reviewing construction documents, building safety requirements, and complex drafting techniques, I am proficient in CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures. My experience and skills make me an ideal candidate for a BIM project planner with experience in coordinating and managing 3D models.
