Hi 👋 I'm Arshee — nice to virtually meet you. By day, I'm a full-time HR professional helping organizations thrive. By night, I'm a part-time student at Harvard, studying psychology — because who says you can’t balance employee engagement and brain engagement at the same time? Studying at one of Harvard's 12 accredited colleges gives me the flexibility to deepen my understanding of psychology while applying cutting-edge research to real-world HR practices. The Harvard Extension ALM program offers me the unique opportunity to learn from world-renowned experts and gain practical knowledge that can be immediately integrated into my career. My current research interests focus on the diagnostic and detection processes of psychiatric disorders (MDD, BPD). I am particularly interested in exploring more physiological evidence-based approaches to detection, aligning with the NIH’s goals of advancing scientific understanding and improving healthcare outcomes. In my spare time, I am an avid traveler, painter, and yoga practitioner. I also take on volunteer projects to help newcomers/refugees navigate the Canadian landscape.
