I visited the NVIDIA Pavilion at the #IndiaAIImpactSummit2026 and the energy and the announcements were something that you should not miss:

1. NVIDIA is going all in on India's AI ecosystem. 
- Yotta Data Services Private Limited deploying 20,000+ Blackwell Ultra GPUs through Shakti Cloud and Netweb manufacturing NVIDIA GB200 NVL4 supercomputing systems domestically under Make in India. 
- 4 Blackwell GPUs and 2 Grace CPUs per system. That's serious sovereign compute.

2. Indian SIs are now deploying NVIDIA's stack at enterprise scale:
- Tech Mahindra is using NIM and NeMo Agent Toolkit for telco. 
- Wipro is deploying NIM for call centers. 
- Infosys is leveraging the NeMo framework. 
and these are actual production workloads.

3. NVIDIA also released Nemotron-Personas-India i.e 21 million synthetic Indic personas built from census data. Combined with the NeMo framework and NeMo Curator being open, this gives Indian developers real tools to build multilingual AI.

4. And the physical AI angle, Addverb is using NVIDIA Cosmos and Omniverse to train humanoid robots in simulation. This simulation-first approach could be huge for Indian robotics.

NVIDIA now is not just selling GPUs to India but is heavily investing in building India's full AI stack from infrastructure to applications.

I made a post about Kanpur, Lucknow, Varanasi and Noida being the next Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune. That went viral! 

I came across something again.

Japan doesn't invest casually. Anyone who's worked with Japanese companies knows this , they do months of due diligence, they study governance structures, they care about long-term predictability more than short-term incentives.

So it's worth paying attention when:
- Tokyo Electron starts exploring a semiconductor R&D hub in UP.
- when IIT Kanpur and IIT-BHU sign an MoU with the University of Yamanashi for a green hydrogen Centre of Excellence. 
- when DENSO commits to an EV plant in Gautam Buddha Nagar.

There's now a dedicated Japan Desk inside Invest UP. 
UP and Yamanashi are formally paired as partner regions.

Japan validates systems before writing cheques. 
Not sure if its luck or the state's governance readiness that is bringing such opportunities to Uttar Pradesh.

Is Uttar Pradesh becoming the product-market fit, not for startups but at the state level?

I would have literally lost my job due to the same database timeout bringing down production three times in two month :(

Not because that couldn't be fixed  but because I couldn't prove we'd actually learned from it.
- Every incident had a postmortem. 
- We documented root causes. 
- We assigned action items. 
- Everything then goes to Confluence with 50+ other incident reports.

The problem I felt was that our postmortems were more performative and not preventative.

Like we as a team I think were not able to connect the dots between incidents.

How I got the cheapest flight from Bangalore to Amritsar on a recent trip.

Not even opened 14 tabs and didn’t toggle between MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip, Skyscanner, and airline websites pretending to be productive.

Built a tool that checks ALL of them at the same time.

I took 5 flight websites, gave one API a plain English instruction.

It visited every site in parallel. Navigated search forms, entered dates and extracted prices. It came back with structured data I could sort in 3 seconds.

A site I wouldn't have even thought to check was the cheapest option (guess xD)

The API is called TinyFish, a web agents API where you describe your goal in natural language, pass in websites, and it browses them like a human. All in parallel and returns clean JSON.

90% accuracy on Mind2Web. OpenAI Operator is 61%.

The same pattern works for comparing loan rates, finding doctor appointments, tracking competitor pricing, anything where you'd normally open a dozen tabs and lose your mind.

I visited the Razorpay booth at the India AI Impact Summit and walked away genuinely impressed.

Razorpay just announced a strategic partnership with Replit and as someone who uses Replit regularly, this one actually matters.

Through Razorpay's International Payments integration, Indian developers can now:
- Pay on Replit using UPI, debit & credit cards 
- Transact in INR, wheras Replit recieves the funds in USD

India is one of Replit's largest user bases, and until now, payments were genuinely broken for Indian users, including me.

This would fix that. AI has made building software easier than ever. 

Monetisation was always the missing layer. With Replit’s direct integration with Razorpay MCP, this partnership starts closing that gap for Indian builders.

Just found out Claude can now spend my ad budget. 

Synter just released an MCP server that connects AI agents to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Reddit, and TikTok. 

This means you can literally ask Claude  to create a search campaign for project management software, $50/day budget and it happens automatically.
This is the first MCP server that gives AI agents a credit card. They built in confirmations for destructive actions (thankfully), but your agent can create campaigns, adjust bids, pause underperformers, and pull performance data through natural conversation.

For devs building AI-powered marketing tools, this is huge I believe.

I visited Exotel Booth at the #IndiaAIImpactSummit2026 and spoke to Sachin, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer about how Exotel went from solving basic business communication in 2011 to now powering 25 billion conversations a year for over 7,000 enterprises.

We talked about their new platform Harmony, which is their take on agentic AI-powered customer experience orchestration. 

But what I found more interesting was their philosophy around Human-AI Harmony, not replacing humans with AI, but figuring out where each one does its best work. 

We also got into AgentStream, how companies like Sarvam, Zepto are building real-time AI voice bots on top of Exotel's infrastructure, and what India's actual AI opportunity looks like in customer experience, especially when you factor in the scale, language diversity, and the unique challenges to deal with.

In a recent interview at a database company which got recently acquired aswell (guess which?), the interviewer told me this.

“We have 12 monitoring tools and when something breaks at 3 AM, the first 45 minutes are just figuring out which dashboard to look at”

I've heard this from almost every team I've spoken to. 
More tools -> more dashboards and the same slow incident response.

The problem was never lack of data. Nobody's connecting the dots automatically. Engineers waste hours correlating alerts manually before they even start fixing anything.

This is why New Relic's Observability Platform caught my eye which comes with AIOps with agentic capabilities that detect, understand, and resolve issues without humans piecing it all together.

But last week I asked my AI to summarize key points from our last 3 partner conversations and draft a follow-up.

It was blank and also it doesn't have access to my Slack, emails, or docs.

Why do I believe the US-India Trade Deal can boost India's IT and Technology space?

$500B in US tech imports will mean:

- India will buy GPUs, data center equipment, and advanced tech products from the US. 
- more compute capacity means more Indian companies can train large models, run inference at scale, and compete globally.
- the deal removes barriers on digital trade and forces India to address ICT import restrictions.
- easier access to cutting-edge tools, cloud infrastructure becomes cheaper, and Indian SaaS companies get a clearer path to US markets with aligned standards.

I also feel more employment opportunities in sectors like:

- Data center operations & cloud engineering (someone needs to manage all that hardware)
- AI/ML infrastructure roles (GPU clusters optimization)
- Cross-border SaaS sales & compliance (digital trade rules = new market opportunities)
- Supply chain & semiconductor design (economic security alignment = chip innovation)
Indirectly, the tariff relief on Indian exports (pharma, textiles, auto parts) puts more money in the Indian businesses. That disposable income flows into digital adoption be it fintech, edtech, e-commerce. 

I would say it's kind of a venture capital for India's tech infrastructure.
