1)We are performing the COD payment processing in LHE and also surrounding the LHE Area (kasur,Manga Mandi, Pattoki, Haroonabad, 
Raiwind,Sahiwal,Arifwala,Bahawalnagar,Chistian,Muridke,Okara,Pakpattan,
2) Also Multan & Multan Zone , Area , All stations.
•	Performing the payment through IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) of Lahore and also Lahore Zone shippers.
•	Processing the payment of all shippers through CHQUEs.
•	Processing the payment of selected shippers through SAME DAY IBFT.
•	Processing the payment of Multan and also Multan Zone shippers.
•	Making the verification of New bank details from KHI Accounts Team.
•	Guide the COD portal from Book packets and also create the Labels.
•	Guide the COD payment on “Manage Cheque” for download the ledger.
•	Guide the client how to get the CQs Summary Reports.
•	Guide the clients how to get the CQs details on COD website.
•	Also make correction on parcels weight from Karachi head office which is showing abnormal weight
•	Also verify the shippers bank details from Karachi head office and after arrange the IBFTs into shipper’s bank accounts.
•	Arranging the platinum COD Clients to Cash payment twice in a week.
•	Handing over the COD cash payment to clients on Reception/Conference room privately.
•	Also follow up the negative balance shippers and alerts them to submit the negative payment in Leopards Bank Account.
•	Handing over the cash to Askari Guard (Leading cash transportation operators) of our Platinum Customer (Limelight) and also follow up on it untill they reached the premises and handed over it to nominated person who recieved the cash.

Central Region Payment Executive

•	Making Cheque of the Cash On Delivery Shippers on daily basis.
•	Creating Online Transferring Payment on Leopards COD portal on daily basis.
•	Making shippers deductions against the forcefully opened parcels.
•	Checked WhatsApp on daily and also answer the following shippers queries.
•	Making Adjustment files against weight variation Claim Adjustment Lost Shipments Paid as RTN parcel.
•	 Checking Email (Outlook) on daily basis approx. 700 plus and also respond on it over queries.
•	Making VPC (Vendor Pickup Charges) against Forcefully shipments of All Pakistan.
•	Taking queries of all Shippers over Phone calls and responded.
•	 Making Cash Invoices of platinum Shippers of Cash on Delivery. (Tuesday, Friday).
•	Clear My Arrival and also stuck shipments amount those STATION not deposit timely.
•	Also Guide the COD Portal to shippers of Bank reconciliation check the Payment and also RTN shipments.
•	Making Deduction of those shipment which is send fake items to customer and we make deduction in CQs IBFT ETC.
•	Also sending Online Fund Transfer Performa to new Shippers for make it online payment in future.
•	And also are verifying he bank details of shippers from KHI head office.
•	Making daily basis weight correction of COD shipper which invoice showing wrong.
•	Handle the Customers complaint and revert back.
•	Handling Employees salary and distributed.
•	Handling Sale recovery enter in system in Accounts software.

•	Meeting the customer satisfaction criteria set by the management in order to earn incentives.
•	Making follow up calls and emails to the customer within the committed time line.
•	Continuously appreciated by customers as well as the management for excellent customer services skills and task completion consistently without fail.
•	Handling Platinum and Gold Customer complaints over the call and emails as well.
•	Meeting the targets assigned by the management on daily basis.
•	Worked as a POC of major Clients who is work with leopards courier services.
•	Handling customer complaints over the call and emails as well and arrange their parcels deliveries on their destinations 
•	Can Work under Stress and Can Drive Activities through Dead Lines.
•	Making monthly reports of stuck payment amount.
•	Handling Forcefully fully parcel complaint over Emails and also reception visited customer and resolved it.
•	Handling Daraz complaints shipments.
•	Handling Dawns News + Spider projects for delivery and also make monthly report and send to shippers about delivery and Return parcel.
•	Working as Pickup coordinator and arrange pickup inbound and outbound with concern departments and also out stattion posting .
•	Handling the Return shipments department and dispatched the all shipments all over Lahore through express center concern person for make it RTN on Shipper given address.
•	Dispatched the office circular of LHE & LHE Zone in time.
•	Dispatched the Broachers’ of GIFT WIFT, Mango, Orange, made it packed and also send to LHE Zone.
•	Satisfied the customers over calls and also emails related parcels complaints.
•	Handling Day and Night Job continuously 3 years since 2013 To 2017.
•	Handling the Projects of Mobilink and Zong invoices in Night shift.

Senior Customer Care Executive

•	Handled the Sheets entry of delivered parcels on Daily basis approx. 35 sheets each person.
•	Handled the complaint of shippers and also rectified.
•	Making the tally at the end of the day and after make it correction on mistake.
•	Handling the shipper’s complaints of damage parcels and also wrong delivered.
•	Processing the file of AITA cheque and also working on it.
•	Worked on Different projects of DAWN new / Spider/ Multiple trading ETC…
