As a Vistage Chair, my role is to help executives see things from a different perspective and develop strategic plans designed to produce results. I help people understand what could be hindering their progress by asking insightful and sometimes difficult questions. The goal is to make a positive impact on their business, themselves, as well as their family and their community.

As organizer, founder and President of TVMA Inc./TeraVerde Management Advisors provided management, technology and operations consulting to banks and independent mortgage companies.  Primary responsibilities were for the start-up, business development and general management of the Technology Consulting group with emphasis on providing technical services to Ellie Mae's Encompass platform and mortgage operations structures and systems.
Managed a seasoned team of system analysts and programmers for the Encompass platform.  Provided operational expertise at integrating multiple platforms to create a streamlined process.

American Home Bank

Designed, established and lead the the operations of a newly chartered bank, Amerian Home Bank.  The bank provided mortgages nationally in retail, wholesale and construction loan originations. Successfully lead the organizaiton through high growth by reengineering orginations and operations workflow, restructuring of technology platforms, and streamlining personnel staffing.

American Home Bank was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States by INC Magazine, American Banker and Central Penn Business Journal as well as named one of the top 50 residential lenders in the United States by Source Media.

Keystone Financial Mortgage

Established and built the operations of the mortgage company including the central technology center, applications and network platforms and all aspects of managing a $3 Billion residential servicing portfolio.

Lead the mortgage banking teams during due diligence of bank acquisitions by the bank holding company, strategically performing 12 bank conversions during my tenure.  Responsibilities included the evaluation and integration of loans, staffing, technology platforms and culture.

Was named Executive VP of small business lending and SBA lending in 1998. Reengineered and created a model of performance that resulted in SBA lending at Keystone Financial to be named #1 lender in Pennsylvania.

Designed and implemented a construction loan servicing platform and redesigned the central technology applications at Parent Federal Savings Bank.  Developed and lead the construction loan servicing and investor servicing portfolio for FHLMC and FNMA.

Growing up in a family business established my ambition to empower myself and others to take control of their challenges so they can live out their legacy. In Vistage, I practice this by doing the right thing that comes from a genuine place, not from needing recognition.
