I'm Artem Brytchenko, the CEO of Platforce, a PharmaTech company providing an efficient and easy-to-use solution to empower pharmaceutical and life science companies in their interactions with HCPs, whether remotely or in person. My background includes expertise in pharma sales force effectiveness, digital interactive content, closed-loop marketing, and addressing misalignment between marketing and sales in the pharma and life science industries. I have also been involved in digitalization in the pharma industry, customer engagement, and customer-centricity. Over the years, I have also gained experience in various industries such as eCommerce, Food Delivery, and FinTech. As the CEO of a prominent e-commerce company in Ukraine for seven years, I managed a team of up to 186 employees and received multiple national awards for the best Coupon Service in Ukraine. I hold a Master's degree in International Economics and earned a European Business Competence License in Business Administration. Furthermore, I have over three years of non-commercial leadership experience in AIESEC, the world's largest youth-run organization. At Platforce, my team and I are committed to helping pharmaceutical, life science, and medical device companies streamline their business processes and improve customer experience. We offer a customizable and scalable platform with a robust analytics engine, focusing on customer engagement and compliance. We aim to help companies stay ahead of the competition while maintaining regulatory compliance. Outside of work, I actively organize donation campaigns to support my brother and his brother-in-arms in the Ukrainian Army, providing them with cars, drones, and Starlinks to help them continue their service.
