Up to 190 employees in Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, and Mykolaiv.

Responsibilities: developing business strategy and plan for Pokupon.ua; ensuring profitability and company growth; allocating capital to the company’s priorities; building and leading the
senior executive team; modeling and setting the company’s culture; implementing and revising core business processes; close interaction with Sales, Marketing, and IT departments; active participation in launching new projects; maintaining contact with shareholders.

Achievements: double-digits yearly growth of Pokupon.ua (2015, 2016, 2018, 2019); successful management of the company's financial resources at the stage of active development and launching of new projects (2018-2019); participated in launching TV campaign for Pokupon.ua resulted in 100% yearly growth (2015); launched Raketa Delivery App - mobile-only geo-based food delivery app and sold it to new investor (2017-2019); launched Pokupon & SuperDeal mobile app and now it is a primary driver of growth of Pokupon.ua (2015); roadmaps with KPIs and objectives for several years ahead as
management tools in projects and departments implemented (2018); successful tax audit by state tax authorities (2016); launched Pokupon Pages (300K business pages with more than 10 millions of reviews) which is an essential component of organic traffic growth of Pokupon.ua (2018-2020); launched a new project - B2B marketplace of cashback offers, which helps businesses
attract customers, and for loyalty programs and banking applications to expand the range of unique offers for their customers (2021); brought the company out of the several crisis periods including COVID period (during the spring lockdown in 2020 our business faced 10 times drop of sales, after 3 months after lockdown we recovered and showed the highest absolute results over the all history of the company (2014-2022).

Responsibilities: increase profits from existing revenue sources and search; launch new sources of profit; develop and execution of commercial strategy; manage responsible heads for different sales channels to meet and exceed revenue targets; implementation, optimization, and control business processes to increase the sales efficiency of all sales channels; testing new ideas and projects; development of B2B programs.

Achievements: ensured stable growth of profit; successful adaptation of employees after the merger with the main competitor; successfully planned and organized the repayment of debts to more than 500 companies after the union in a resource-poor environment; established new internal processes in sales, deal planning, etc.; launched a new project (Freebies) and reached 7% share in the company profit; strategy execution KPIs: increased number of deals by more than three times, increased share of deals with activation from 50% to 90%; expanded sales team and reduced its dependence on a few people; won the tender in B2B sale of company product (certificates); Pokupon. by has doubled its monthly turnover.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Responsibilities: meeting the sales targets; developing strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets; staff recruitment, training sales skills; creation of motivational schemes; distribution of the customer base between managers (segmentation); monitoring the team's effectiveness; tracking the activities of competitors.

Achievements: development of sales department from scratch; starting from the beginning of 2013, the Company has been leading in its sphere by turnover; the accomplishment of the sales plan by at least 90% (from January 2013), implementation of CRM, which helps to solve many problems while does not require high costs; turnover increased 32 times during the period of my work on this position.

Head of Sales

Responsibilities: negotiating the terms of the agreements and transactions; arranging meetings with potential customers for new contracts; maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers through phone calls and personal meetings.

Achievements: more than 300 deals contracted.

Sales Manager

AIESEC

AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization developing the leadership potential of young people www.aiesec.org

I was driving the strategic growth and development of a local entity to ensure the organization's relevance in the short and long term, taking care of the execution of global strategies on the local level and leading the board of executives to succeed in achieving our goals. As a result of my term, with the help of my team (regional VPs, AIESEC Donetsk), I got a special recognition Golden Excellence Award given every year by the national team to the most successful AIESEC entity in the country.

Local Committee President

I was responsible for selling products of our local AIESEC entity, be they internationally sourced or locally designed, building long-term relations with partnering businesses, and managing and developing the sales team. I had to ensure the sustainable development of the entity and external recognition of the role of AIESEC. As a result of my term, I increased the organization's financing by 2.5 times by attracting new and developing current partners, received several personal and sales team awards for the highest results among AIESEC entities in Ukraine, and was elected as Local Committee President for the following year.

Vice President External Relations (VP ER)

I represented AIESEC Ukraine and coordinated the International Youth Exchange Program recruitment process. During this internship, with the help of a national team of Local VPs, AIESEC Georgia, and a local team of AIESEC in Tbilisi, I recruited and provided training on intercultural issues for almost 100 young people. We also placed 30 of them on international internships with organizations in Ukraine.

Team Leader | International Youth Exchange Program

Forum Career is a large-scale city event where high-potential students and recent graduates meet business entities to impact young people's personal and career development and build companies' employer brands. 

I managed the event's organization from scratch, including working with businesses for paid participation, media for awareness, universities and students to join the event, agenda creation and management, and inviting special guests for the learning track for young people. As a result, we got more than 500 students and recent graduates at the event, three financial partners of the event, 15 big international and top Ukrainian companies presenting their employment opportunities, and ten special guests who shared their experience and knowledge about career development.

With experience spanning E-commerce, Food Delivery, and FinTech, I previously led a prominent e-commerce company in Ukraine, managing a team of up to 186 employees and receiving multiple national awards. I hold a Master's degree in International Economics and earned a European Business Competence License in Business Administration. Additionally, I have over three years of non-commercial leadership experience in AIESEC, the world's largest youth-run organization.

At Platforce, my team and I are committed to helping companies streamline their business processes and improve customer experience through our customizable and scalable platform, which focuses on engagement and compliance.

I manage Platforce CRM with closed-loop marketing capabilities for pharma and life sciences. We help companies that interact with healthcare professionals and care about the efficiency and compliance of these interactions to earn more revenue.
