Architects don't have a design problem. They are amazing, and brilliant at design. They already know how to draw, calculate, write, and model in LOD300 in BIM (maybe). They are wonderful ninjas in Revit, ArchiCAD, Lumion, Photoshop, Word, and Excel... But... they might have a huge business problem. Usually they: 1. confuse who their real customer is (Audience) 2. do not create long-term relationships (Marketing) 3. are not able to close their offers and deals (Sales) 4. don't have a diversified portfolio (Product) 5. don't make enough money (Business) 6. don't know how to run the business efficiently (Operations) 7. have old belief systems that keep them locked (Mindset) 8. suffer burnout, depression and stress (among other Mental Health issues). Things that traditional architecture schools never taught us. That's why I'm obsessed on transforming architecture services. To make architect's life easier.
