NRB is a full service end-to-end IT company with their main activities in the public sector. In an endeavour to broaden and diversify thier activity, NRB hired me to help them research and respond to client's needs in the Finance sector.

- The Data Center Housing services agreement with ING was renegociateted to suit both parties
- Relationships were reestablished and projects started with GBL on modern workplace and Cisco telephony subjects

Freebility (now integrated into Suivo) was an expert partner focused on creating efficiency and productivity for the mobile workforce. The solutions, custom software and existing products, were part of the operational chain from order intake all the way to direct invoicing. This includes planning software, optimized routing of resources, track &trace, mobile work orders and more.
As a BDM I acted as a partner with clients to define valuable digital solutions which brought measurable ROI's and met the goals set by the business. My role extended from client relationship, pre-sales as well as to solution definition. 

- Solution selling for Freebility and other Geosquare entities mostly Suivo, Aptus, Solvice
- Focus on clients with field service activities and how to optimize operational processes on the time to plan and cost to execute through specific digital solutions integrated into their current tech stack
- Strategic impact on the go-to-market and communication of the entity as well as the solutions provided
- Initiator and internal advocate for the creation of our own SaaS product for operational execution management

Steepconsult is a consultancy firm which helps clients in sourcing consultants offered in Time&Means to clients' missions. I focused on expert profiles of 10-25yrs of experience in the financial sector, often on the verge of business VS IT competencies to support clients in their digitalisation initiatives. These consultants helped on regulatory compliancy, financial systems, enterprise architecture, software development, BI and security impact on Business and IT. 
During my time at Steep I took a close collaboration with the two senior partners to manage the other business managers as well as bringing knowledge creation to the entity to support new recruits in their understanding of the IT & Finance sector. On top of that, I'm proud to say that my succes is partly thanks to the relationships build with my consultants and my wish to make them grow in their careers.

As a Creative Boutique Agency, Arts Square relieved customers as a one-stop-shop for branding, editorial and digital respresentation needs. We operated as a team of creatives conceiving mediums varied from logo's, business cards to highly detailed brochures and catalogues as well as one pager websites to fully functional and custom made websites. We adapted our conceptual skills to the need of our client's project.
As a PM and partner at Arts Square my responsibility was to find and manage clients, our projects and improving internal operations. I took it up to grow our digital competency due to the apparent shift of client needs from print to web. 

- Project management of highly customised paper & digital solutions like websites, videos, catalogues, ...
- Operated in Sales, offer creation, project management and relationship management as well as operational management of a multi-disciplinary team of 7 persons

The Belgian Organic Beer Ginette was created by a group of friends and brewed by a subcontractor 'La Binchoise'. As each of those founders had a different main activity, they needed someone to handle the daily activities. 
As a freelance consultant I improved internal operations and sales management by creating simplified processes to handle the ever growing order intake, production manangement and client management. This helped the company grow from a 750Hl to 1800Hl in 9months and eventually the acquisition of Ginette by AB InBev. 

- Set-up of a production review, financial impact planning of the production and the sales forecast for the beer and its logistics
- Promotion and sales towards clients, suppliers and vendors.
- Participation in the growth of the business up until it was taken over by AB Inbev
