Operating as the Marketing Executive for Integro Partners.

Taking on all marketing duties for the brand and produce internal marketing to help create a notable brand image.

Big part of my role is to look after the social media channels of Integro, with growing the audience as a big aspect of the role.

The goal is to make Integro the thought leaders in both Property and Financial Services. This is to show that we are not like any other recruitment company but truly care for the industry we operate in.

I have brought in new video content for our consultants to utilise and showcase their knowledge within the industry and have their voice be heard in the Recruitment space.

Leading up Baguley Athletics media team to implement the strategy for creating content to propel the team into the publics eye.

Having used my experience running projects as a Sports Editor I am able to organise and create a plan that will bring viewers and engagement to the club.

My first task has been to recruit a team that can implement the strategies I have in place. I have acquired a mix of media professionals and graduates that are wanting to gain experience in the Sports Media sector. The main mission was to hire videographers, photographers, match reporters, content writers, journalists, presenters and many other positions.

My goals are to get this team to create content that gets people engaged with the team and wanting to connect with the club, I have used inspiration from other clubs such as Hashtag United, Stretford Paddock and many other great content creators out there.

I feel I have been able to make a good start and hope the future holds a lot of success on and off the pitch for this team.

Being deployed as a Marketing Manager, leading on social media management and creating new campaigns to bring in new clients and drive up interest from candidates looking for new roles. Whilst dealing with marketing objectives, I am also completing administrator-related tasks and also helping with the sourcing of candidates for specific positions we have available.

Worked as a Recruitment Consultant in the Temporary Worker Division alongside my marketing admin duties.
Consistently billed high figures each month helping the company with regular bookings for temp staff ranging in different sectors.
