As a Group Product Manager, I took the lead in managing the evolutionary and maintenance aspects of over 20 active stores. I coordinated a multidisciplinary team, following the Agile methodology, consisting of developers, architects, support, Product Owner (P.O), and Scrum Master.

In this role, I was also responsible for implementing effective strategies to meet the specific needs of renowned clients such as Pernod Ricard, Alpargatas (Havaianas and Mizuno), and B3.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and SEM tools, as well as customer base segmentation and project management (PMP).

- Great knowledge on the Vtex platform, working on Vtex's level 1 support, being responsible for the first investigation of problems on the platform, serving a specific customer portfolio.
