In 2020, I transitioned amid a large reorganization sparked by recommendations I made in my previous role to oversee global integration and strategy rollout of the content operation organizations to realize strategic and synergy goals. 

I lead a team of 60+, including the PMO team who drive quality management within Disney’s global distribution servicing group, including technical onboarding, metrics, process improvement, operations initiatives, data analytics, and more in support of in-home distribution and Disney+.

► Designed and rolled out a new operation operating model that includes a more streamlined global supply chain, which enables delivery of content to Disney+, other owned and operated platforms, and to external partners at scale and in an accelerated timeline to meet the demand of the business.

► Navigated the onset / period of COVID to determine ways for the remote team to maintain operational efficiency and ensure effective resource management while also evaluating how the pandemic affected the future of the business.

► Conceptualized and gaining buy-in at the senior leadership level of a future-state vision for the entire end-to-end content distribution supply chain, starting from green light to distribution. 

► Launched Disney+ to EMEA and later in Asia, enabling Disney+ to scale to 118M users.

► Selected as the Chairperson for the D&I team, heading up initiatives and strategies to rebuild culture for a post-COVID and post-Fox integration world.

VP & Head of Global Integration and Digital Media Supply Chain Strategy

While still leading content delivery, I was selected as a member of small leadership team to evaluate 20th Century Fox's operations, systems, and talent as part of the $71B acquisition of Fox to deﬁne the integration strategy for meeting acquisition goals and business objectives.

► Evaluated and identified business operation best practices from both studios to inform a future-state vision. Set future-state vision and operating models to enable Disney+ to scale globally and deliver on business objectives. Deﬁned KPIs and methods to capture data and BI to assess future-state implementation success.

► Outlined massive change management and business transformation strategy across various functions globally, triggering a large company reorganization to further support the integration; transitioned into new role as a result of this as well.

Exec Director, Content Operations and Integration

As the company saw the trend and potential of digital distribution, I was promoted to spearhead the distribution of Disney’s Motion Pictures’ portfolio of 200+ global and local broadcast, OTT, EHV/EST, VOD, SVOD, HOTEL and PAYTV clients, including Apple, Amazon, Netﬂix, Google and many others that represented $2B+ in revenue. 

► Led team of 40+, department strategy, product development, business operations, system development, ﬁnancial oversight, and customer relations with partners and vendors worldwide.

► Built an efficient Disney Digital Studio supply chain to launch, sustain, and scale digital distribution, serving as the backbone of Disney+ as it expands globally.

► Steered efforts to certify 2 internal departments as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 complaint to establish a data-driven organization, harvesting data from various points in the supply chain to drive efficiency and transparency.
