He holds 65 patents focusing on network architecture and security.

Art Maria is Mobility Chief Enterprise Architect for AT&T’s Solutions Engineering and Architecture, AT&T Business Solutions. Mr. Maria frequently lectures, conducts briefings, technical training and leads customer workshops focused on mobility strategy and emerging technologies.

Mr. Maria is a former Director of Systems Engineering (Western Region) for Cingular Wireless and Director of Core Network Data Products for AT&T Wireless Multi-Media Services (MMS). He is the winner of the prestigious Circle of Excellence (CoE) award twice in the areas of Business Security in 1999 and Mobility Solutions Engineering and Architecture in 2008. He worked for AT&T Wireless Services as a Director, Senior Product Manager, Wireless Data Engineering Manager and national Logical/Cyber Security Projects Manager.
