In 2016, after entering information from a paper business card into my phone's contacts, I wondered why there is no any solution to simplify this process of manually entering all this information. And I came up with the idea for the App, which would simplify the process of creating business cards in digital format and could be used as a business networking tool simultaneously. Most of the time, I threw out cards I didn't use for some time or stocked them in the office. Then I discovered how many business cards have been made worldwide yearly and how many percentages were thrown away right after exchange among people. Numbers were impressively sad. More than 90% of business cards have been thrown away directly after people exchange them. So I started creating this idea of a Digital business card with one development company in 2017. There were no alternatives back then. Only after we launched our first NVP version in September 2018, called "EZFit Card," did some replicated ideas suddenly start coming up in the market a few months later. So we were the first ones who create a digital business card. Unfortunately, my IT guys could not handle development at a competitive level. After that, I stopped founding that Project and started looking for different developers who could improve my App and get to the global scale. We even implemented a calculator that counts saved trees by creating and sharing each business card in digital form. You can see it on our Website (https://procardapp.com). We will participate in tree replanting in the world where it's needed. All Occupations and hashtags are translated into 80 languages to allow anyone to use this platform in their native language. We have implemented seven languages for now. For example, if you create your business card in English and exchange it with anyone in Spanish, you will see his occupation & hashtags in English, and vice versa. Besides that, there are many different cool features implemented. We made sharing much easier by using QR codes or any preferred messaging platform escaping from using any NFC technology gadgets, which take up extra space in your wallet or pockets.
