●	Providing customized design solution to AWS Cloud Customers to make them successful in the AWS cloud and get more value of out of AWS. 
●	Drive customer engagements in designing their Cloud based architecture and create a roadmap for their cloud adoption. 
●	I handle requests to review customer architectures and provide suggestions and expert advice to optimize their infrastructure to maximize the value they get out of AWS cloud.
●	Help remove any technical roadblocks if any in their cloud journey.
●	Collaborate with Account teams including Solutions Architects, TAMs and Account managers and help them in their presales cycles if technical assistance is required and for presenting technical solutions to new and existing AWS customers.

●	Collaborate with service teams to diagnose internal infrastructure issues using AWS proprietary troubleshooting tools, perform service specific trend analysis and provide customer feedback to the product teams.
●	Test new AWS services before their planned launch and report bugs if any and create internal facing and external facing documentation/blogs/user guides for these new AWS services before and after public release. Also helping upskilling internal team members including Solutions Architects, TAMs, Cloud Architects, Cloud engineers on these new services before and after public Launch.
●	Working with Solutions Architects and TAM teams assisting customers in design and delivering well architected solutions in AWS cloud.
●	Served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for VPN, TGW, Direct Connect, VPC, CloudWAN, Private 5G AWS Firewall services.
