It is proposed to cover the basics and fundamentals of the ion interaction with matter, theoretical understanding and techniques of ion irradiation (low and high energy) and availability of ion irradiation facilities in India. 
Studies on the ion irradiation effects in mixed oxides, composites, semiconductors, nanomaterials, thin films and devices, etc. Ion beam irradiation (low and high energy) in engineering of nanostructured solids,
nano patterning, ion beam mixing at interfaces, devices property modifications, etc. Importance
of ion irradiation in materials science, solid state chemistry, nano technology, engineering.

Ism Technologies

* Gained a valuable knowledge on ZigBee, Z-wave and UPB device protocols for high voltage automated protocols.
* Networking issues in wireless sensor networks are analyzed by performing simulations in Matlab and worked on DSP.
* Gained valuable programming experience in C, various PLC’s and PCB design.
