My responsibilities include coordination between Passenger Services, Ticket Sales, Lost & Found, Ramp, Operations, Cargo and Cleaning departments, as well as compliance and process improvement and implementation for several airlines.

Key-Account-Manager

Globe Ground Berlin

Managing Berlin SXF Station with 170 staff members, which includes Ticket Sales, Baggage Tracing, Passenger Service and Cleaning having approx 1400 flights per month. Conducting Ramp, Safety and Boarding observations and quality checks on a daily basis. Implementing new work procedures to achieve more efficiency. Liasing with airport authorities and other officials on a weekly basis. Analysing daily On Time Performance (OTP) for possible improvement.

Service Delivery Manager

Supervison of 30 flight departures per shift including check in and boarding staff. Assurance of of high qualtiy performance.

Flight Manager/Supervisor Passenger Services

British Airways

Supervision and co-ordination of baggage tracing and agents. Conducting quality control performance with local delivery companies.

Team Leader Baggage Services

Leading personality with soft and negociation skills.
