I enjoy a good headhunting project. The strong connections I build with both candidates and hiring managers is invaluable. I am a recruiter that likes to learn the technology behind the product or service that I am supporting. I take courses and request demos before I go out and recruit. This helped me ask the hiring managers and candidates well thought out questions which leads to presenting qualified candidates and impact time to hire metrics. As a corporate recruiter, I was intentional in selecting the companies and the skillsets I recruited for and for most part I was fortunate to be assigned to projects that attracted the least applicants and required me to headhunt. I launched Hire Simplified so I can use the knowledge and experience I gained as a corporate recruiter and utilize the processes I created to help build great teams. I see a lot of value in conducting market research, understanding the demographics, and creating a strategy before we begin the recruitment process. My passion lies in helping my customers achieve their objectives for growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage through customized, innovative, cost effective business technology staffing and consulting solutions. Even if it is the same job title, I recognize that no 2 searches are the same. Be it 1 hire or multiple, it takes the same process, dedication, and personalized effort. Outside of work, I enjoy my walks with my chocolate lab, love to cook and try different cuisines. I practice yoga and meditation every day. My daughter thinks I don't have a green thumb, but I enjoy growing my own veggies in the summer.
