• Go-To-Market analysis and planning for India CSB Services
• Grew a nascent route-to-market from < $50k annual to > $1M annual as Project Manager
• Spotting new revenue opportunities and coordinating actions
• Creating As-is To-be process maps

• Wrote Excel/VBA macro to collate tabular data from emails into an Excel sheet; saves 1000s of hours annually for sales teams globally

• North America merchandising team of a global top 5 PC maker
- Building out reporting and dashboarding infrastructure for merchandising consultants and leadership (fully automated Excel reports and dashboards, powerpoint decks using VBA)
- Quarterly planning/forecast and deployment of plan to the rest of the org

• Consumer and Small Business Services at a global top 5 PC maker
- Building out sales rep level reports and dashboards for sales executives and leadership
- Analysis of past sales to build sales pipeline
- Reporting on Spifs and sales contests

Analytics Consultant

• Created a Python program to generate a report on suspected duplicate account records on Salesforce (using Dice Coefficient to fuzzy match account names and addresses), saving my business unit $20k in software development fees
• Worked with stakeholders worldwide, primarily in the US and UK to work out a data management strategy for Aon Hewitt’s Salesforce instance
• Managed a large part of refreshing data on Salesforce with data from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), and documented the entire process
• Reporting on sales performance and sales credits against quotas for sales executives
• Excel trainer for Global Sales and Marketing Support (my business unit) to train new recruits
