Helped in the creation, delivery, partnership, business development & making this training firm as # No. 1 training outsourcing partner in Uttarakhand, India which has close to 1000 professional industries in the area of Rudrapur, Sitarganj & Haridwar.

We later also expanded our network in the Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, Gurugram & Bawal, Haryana & New Delhi

Also, I delivered 70 projects for organizations like Sundram Fasteners, Lucas TVS, Emkay Automobile, LGB, SBR Auto, etc. in the implementation of various management systems like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO/TS 16949:2009 (Now IATF 16949:2016)

I also handled a team of 11 in-house members with my co-founder and worked with 50 + different experts/trainers for multiple workshops & training programs. At SubMastery, we did organize 500 + workshops & events with some big names like Mr. Shiv Khera, Mr. Subhash Lakhotia (Tax Guru, CNBC), etc

As things progress, I saw a bigger vision to help more and more professionals around the globe and create large impact through learning communities. This required the help of technology to scale.

Helped them in the implementation of 'Business Excellence Through Simple Techniques' model like 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circle, 3M, etc.

Additionally, I was responsible for various training programme delivery and implementation of quality management systems in the other group companies in the corporate role.
