I am an IT technical support professional with 14+ years of experience in helping and supporting 100-200 end-users with their IT issues. My real strength is in understanding the end-user's issues by asking them questions about the problem and finding a resolution as soon as possible or giving them a workaround. I am specialized in helping users with computer hardware, software, network, email, internet, and printer issues by finding the root cause with my troubleshooting skills within the specified time. I have managed to achieve 99% success in user satisfaction. In my previous job, I designed the network infrastructure for our site office, starting from cabling to installing and configuring the desktops and the server. During this process, I saved around 20% of the total cost. When opening drawing files our draftsmen had issues with the performance of their computers which slows down, freezes hangs or crashed. After analyzing their workstations came to know that it was due to the heavy AutoCAD files. I tried to upgrade the RAM of their PCs and also added a graphics card with dedicated RAM. After that, they never faced this issue. I achieved 100% success in migrating the user email accounts from the exchange server to office 365 without downtime. I have built Virtual Labs using (Virtual box, VMware) and installed Windows, Mac, Linux, Server 2016, and Server2019 operating systems. Created Active Directory (Users and Computers), Account Creation, security groups, password resets, distribution groups, and adding computers to the domain. I am familiar with Spiceworks, ServiceNow, and ServiceDesk plus ticketing systems. I have good knowledge of Microsoft Applications. I also build a lab in Microsoft Azure creating virtual machines and installing Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 operating systems and managed to join the Windows 10 virtual machine to the domain. I always believe that I am still a student and there is a lot more to learn. I follow the YouTube channels of Kevtech IT Support, David Bombal, NetworkChuck.
