Collaborated with HR, business leaders, and stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure project success. • Implemented the Global and US/CAN Severance Automation tool, improving the accuracy of the severance process and reducing manual intervention. The tool reduced the processing time from 48 minutes to 12 minutes and improved accuracy from 95.6% to 99.1%. Received the Honeywell User Experience (HUE) project award from the Vice President of Human Resources. • Automated the Employee Letter process, enabling employee and manager self-service for standard letter requests. The project reduced the turn-around time from 24 hours to 4 hours and was implemented in 38 countries. • Digitized employee personal files for over 18,000 active and 10,000 inactive employees as part of the global EFM (Employee File Management) Project. Implemented new standard store, retrieve, and audit processes in 17 countries and was instrumental in vendor engagement with ICM and Iron Mountain India and change management with country HR leaders and HRG. • Managed a team of 14 and 10 members in India HR Admin (supporting payroll, benefits, and employee data-related) processes across India Entities.
