Arup Rajouria is the founder and chairperson of Climate Change and Co-Existence Worldwide (CCCEW), a global initiative that aims to address the linkages between climate change, natural resources, and conflict. With over 30 years of experience in the field of climate change, Arup has developed and implemented innovative solutions for climate change adaptation, mitigation, and resilience in the South/Southeast Asia and Pacific region, working with multilateral and intergovernmental organizations, governments, civil society, and the private sector. Arup's core competencies include climate change and national security, REDD+, natural resources management, environmental policy and governance, ecosystem-based adaptation, disaster management, education and capacity building, community-based conservation and development, and institutional partnerships and collaboration. Arup is a master's degree holder from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, where he specialized in development economics, international development, environmental economics, and program management.
