Managed recruitment  for  JCI and 3 subsidiaries ( ADT, Wormald and York). Orchestrated social media campaigns to identify & track talent of demographics with 45% completion rate. Created assessment centres to improve hiring for high volume roles. 

Achievements:  
Closed 209 roles in the 2019–2020 fiscal year, the maximum in the region. Overcame the challenges of the COVID-19 lockdown and closed 150 roles in 6 months.

Talent Partner

George Weston Foods

Played a key role in recruitment for 3 bakeries, 17 distribution centres, and head office. Performed comprehensive background assessments and drug screenings on  candidates ensuring accurate data is evaluated against positions. Negotiated salaries. Wrote job confirmation letters and other communications. Maintained accurate HR and applicant information in internal systems, including the application tracking system and the company intranet.

Designed performance improvement plans to address skill gaps, conducted surveys to understand employee opinions and issues, implemented applicant tracking systems, wrote job descriptions, and matched applicants to employers. Liaised with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and staffing needs, interviewed candidates, consulted with managers, and made recommendations

Conducted a hackathon every 3 months to attract talent and coordinated with managers to develop, implement, and assess recruitment plans. This also covered the entire employee lifecycles and all day-to-day activities, including HR induction, onboarding, updating information, changes in employment status, performance management, and exit interviews. I identified a skill gap for a particular technology and addressed the gap by offering training and job opportunities to internal employees. I also ensured all roles followed the salary framework, conducted performance reviews, and motivated employees by developing systems for rewards and recognition. I implemented strategies for cultural improvements and integrated the core company values.

Managed daily operations, including billing, invoicing, and payments, and managed customer complaints and customer communication. Oversaw external and internal medical professionals. Developed new programmes, services, and business avenues.
