During my school days I use to participate in all the co curricular activities,In college I had organised cultural activities -Punjabi Folk Dance; Group Song and Street-Plays, Also been active member of Population Education Club activities and participated in Cultural Programme at International Trade Fair ,Nov'1987 where I performed Punjabi Folk Dance,In Spastic Society , Gita Rattan NTTI and Bal Bharati NTTI encouraged students to participate in extra curricular activities.I have been supervising my pupil teachers in forming thematic approach based Projects ; indoor - outdoor activities ; Story Narration, Dramatization and Puppetry , Rhyme Recitation ,Performing Arts , Communication Skills and Lesson Planning for Pre- Primary, Pre- School and Classes 1 & 2 during School Experience Programme, My experience as a teacher Educator and my participation in DPSE Curriculum forming committee will lead to better Planning and Implementation (keeping in mind the minimum level of learning of children ) I can help teachers in development of a stimulating psychological and interactive environment in classroom At Jain Bharati Mrigavati Vidyalaya at foundation stage experiential learning and Integrated Approach applied with great achievement.Here as a team our focus was on Education of Human Values as that is what describes the education of a student.I believe that there is no point of being educated if one cannot uphold the basic Human Values desired for creation of active and an aware society which not only practice their rights but also fulfill their duties.Health care,Health hygiene and cleanliness been my focus as healthy habits lead to a healthy body and a healthy body forms a human resource which is importent for our country.
