Reporting directly to LA head office, I led production innovation for the Latin America content slate utilizing real-time technologies to enhance creativity and streamline workflows. As Managing Director and Head of Sales and Marketing at On-Set Facilities, I played a pivotal role in driving strategic sales of advanced technical solutions to the film and media production industry. I led cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI and virtual production technologies, including the creation of GODBOX, a high-performance on-set system for edge processing of real-time graphics, VFX, and AI. This innovation enabled productions to harness real-time rendering and compositing directly on set, streamlining workflows and enhancing creative possibilities.

In addition to spearheading technology integration, I focused on building the company’s brand presence and cultivating a global audience. This included growing an engaged online community, achieving 10,000 YouTube subscribers, and fostering meaningful connections with creators and industry professionals worldwide. My efforts not only enhanced brand visibility but also positioned On-Set Facilities as a trusted leader in the evolving landscape of virtual production and filmmaking technology.
