• Responsible for leading Andela's Executive Recruitment, Global Staff Recruiting, and Operations, contributing to the company's growth from 280 to over 470 employees through a Softbank-backed Series E funding round.
• Developed and executed strategic talent acquisition plans for Director-level and higher positions, resulting in over 20 leadership hires, including a majority of the CxO positions, by closely collaborating with internal stakeholders and establishing robust executive recruitment processes.

• Responsible for leading R&D global recruitment initiatives for Twilio Engage (Formerly Segment Personas), helping Segment enter a position where they were ready to be integrated into Twilio Engineering followed by Twilio Engage, which was a merger of two product lines. This included releveling all existing employees, reviewing all salaries and realigning them based on Twilio’s salary bands, rebuilding all interview processes, performance metrics, etc. 
• Starting with all of our Director + leadership hiring, I helped lead the building of a new organization for Twilio which resulted in over 130 engineering hires globally ranging from mid-level engineers to senior leadership.
• Led a team of 4 Sourcers and 2 Talent Partners, providing mentorship, training, and collaborative sourcing sessions.
• Created and rolled out an events model for Engineering and Engineering Leadership positions for Twilio Engage holding resulting in over 130 hires across the team in less than a year in an incredibly competitive market. This involved major partnership and collaboration between all stakeholders globally to be done successfully.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Led the recruitment charge as the lead for the Partner ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Solutions Architecture organization at AWS, managing a dedicated team of 2 sourcers. Under my leadership and through partnership with all stakeholders involved, we achieved a remarkable growth trajectory, elevating annual hiring from 16 in 2019 to an impressive 40 in 2020 across all industries.
• In my capacity as the lead, I assumed the role of empowering our sourcers to reach their full potential. This involved conducting weekly one-on-one sessions, insightful performance reviews, knowledge-enhancing training sessions, as well as strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Responsible for co-leading the integration of Heptio, Carbon Black, and Cloud Health into VMware for the GTM organization.
• Act as the Global Lead responsible for building out a 150 person + GTM organization, beginning with partnering with PBP’s to initially to get an organization structured with proper levels, salaries laid out, etc.. leading to building out the entire leadership layer, while integrating Heptio, focused on client facing functions including Sr. Managers of Solution Engineering, Security Solution Engineers, Technical Services Consultants, Solution Architects, Engagement Managers, and others.
• Responsible for helping ensure teams globally (NAMER, APAC, EMEA) were on track with regards to Project Tanzu; all roadblocks are overcome in a timely manner; building out all reporting; help guide recruiting strategy and direction; ensure new recruiters are up to speed on Kubernetes and the initiatives, etc.
• Lead AMER recruiting for the VMware Carbon Black GTM Organization, ensuring all levels and salaries were correct, followed by adding 25 hires to the team over a 3 month period starting with the Leadership hiring, down to Senior Solution Architects.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles presently around Kubernetes and Containers, with additional roles around PSO Specialists and Technical Sales/Solution Engineering to Architecture professionals (NSX, SD-WAN, Pre-Sales, Partner Enablement, IoT, Kubernetes, etc.)
