Outperformed all previous DC fundraising efforts by leveraging the partner’s network for events and presentations that showcased the ability of Urban Teachers’ offerings to transform teaching quality.

International Baccalaureate (IB) is a global educational nonprofit operating in 147 countries. 

Provided strategic leadership for a three-year, $1.6 million pilot project funded by the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation to create new advanced educational opportunities for low-income students. 

Recruited highly talented education consultants across the country and guided their efforts to shape a framework for a successful reform effort. Fulfilled all grant deliverables to date.

Managed implementation of direct services, coaching and professional development for school leaders and teachers that spurred the cultural and operational transformation required to fulfill the potential of low-income students.
