Alhamdulillah! By the grace of almighty Allah (SWT), I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Officer Outsourcing  at Bay Emporium Limited (Sister Concern of Bay Group).

Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for Supply Chain Management Department:
Leading Leather & Footwear team of Supply Chain Management Department.
New Supplier Enlistment & Final Agreement Approve to Authorize.
Weekly and Monthly Receiving Plan, Ensure to HOD Actual Quantity of Plan vs. Actual Receiving. Supplier factory and inspect production progress,
Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans,
Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans,
Develop quality criteria & managing outgoing quality plan,
Manage production people and try to assure best output from them,
Conduct Product Tests and Assessment
Testing and assessing products. Identify product defects and take necessary step as required
Bill processing and supplier ledger maintain (manual)
Submitting monthly money demand and any other requisition to accounts department.
Preparing all protocol, debit notes and reporting to different departments.
To maintain all suppliers documents and files.

Officer Outsourcing 

Coffee People Limited

1.Entering  financial  transaction into accounts ledgers on daily basis .
2.Create sales invoice and identify discrepancies 
3. Create bills and record it correctly
4.Update bankbook and cashbook regularly 
5.Maintain ledger ,cashbook manually and digitally 
6.Regularly update coffee bean and coffee machine sales report 
7.Contact customer for due collection 
8.Reporting to senior for daily sales and inventory list.

Assistant Account Officer

Rupokar

1. Prepare Trial Balance, Ledger at the end of the month.
2. Communicate with vendors for bill submit.
3. Checking vendors and supplier’s bill.
4. Update cash book regularly in excel sheet.
5. Posting daily expenses on cash book and maintain with the registrar.
6. Communicate with client for due payment.
7. Maintain petty cash and collecting cash from client.
8. Prepare salary sheet & bank reconciliation statement.
9. Maintenance all types of administrative files and register books.

Accounts Officer

V & R Fashions LTD

1. Maintain financial files and records assists to maintain regular commercial issues as required.
2. Maintain Petty Cash.
3. checking of suppliers and vendors bill maintain proper ledger and arrange payment systematically
4. Monitor payment status for all accounts due.
5. Prepare/maintain Cash Book, Ledger, Bank Book, Receive & Payment Account, according to     requirement and consent by superior/boss.
6. Carry out other task assigned by the Management time to time.
7. Checking Requisition and payment made for materials purchase
