RX Corporate Business Development Director, RX India Commercial Director

A senior member of the Corporate Business Development team responsible for leading global M&A activity, including identifying new acquisition and divestment opportunities and managing the end-to-end transaction execution. Successfully managed 40+ transactions across both mature and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities: 
•  Develop, implement and execute acquisition strategies supporting both Corporate and Business Unit initiatives 
•  Evaluate and make recommendations to RX Executive Management regarding potential acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture opportunities  
•  Lead transaction execution related activities, including financial modelling, valuations, internal approval process, due diligence, vendor negotiations and contract negotiation

• Review Regional and Business Unit month-end Actuals and Forecast and manage submission to RELX
• Review Regional and Business Unit Budget submissions, partake in RX Management Budget reviews 
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis to drive senior management decision making.
