As the Senior Virtual Solutions Manager, I lead our Inbound and Outbound Sales teams to successfully assist our members with their loan/account needs, build relationships and provide applicable solutions to help put them in a better financial position. My focus includes coaching, development, observations, leadership, challenging the team to be the best versions of themselves while also exceeding our members' expectations.

I've been in the banking industry for 20+ years. I have a passion for helping our members achieve their financial goals, developing employees and leading teams to success. 

The majority of my career, I've had the pleasure of working at Credit Union 1. Throughout my 15+ years at CU1, I've held various roles- starting off in our Cards Department to a Senior Branch Manager of multiple locations to my current position as Virtual Solutions Manager of our Outbound Sales team. 

My current role is about sales development.  I am able to spend time coaching and developing my team to strengthen relationships with our members. We help our members reach their maximum economic potential while having fun and crushing our goals.
