Chief of Staff

Founding Team: As the Program and Partner Marketing Manager at Supered, I am responsible for executing high-quality marketing assets/campaigns that drive partner engagement, retention, and growth. This role blends creative direction with strategic oversight, I collaborate closely with  Product and Sales Team to produce compelling content and media that aligns with Supered’s brand and partner-focused mission.
Key Responsibilities:
✧ Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute marketing media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across Supered’s partner ecosystem. Coordinate across teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
✧ Content Production: Oversee the production of various marketing assets, including promotional videos, event materials, social media content, email campaigns, and educational resources. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and partner-focused principles.
✧ Creative Collaboration: Manage designers work and time, as well as external vendors to produce high-quality content that resonates with Supered’s partners and elevates our brand.
Performance Analysis: Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and assets.
✧ Cross-functional Support: Work closely with Product, Partner Success and channel teams to develop marketing materials that support new features, product launches, and partner initiatives.
✧ Brand Stewardship: Uphold Supered’s brand voice and mission in all communications, creating assets that reflect our commitment to delivering more value than we receive and celebrating partner wins.
✧ Event Planning & Execution: Organize and oversee all aspects of Supered’s events, both virtual and in-person, aimed at strengthening partner relationships and community engagement. This includes event design, budgeting, vendor management, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless and impactful event experiences.

Program & Partner Marketing Operations

Founding Partner Development Manager, I ensuring Supered’s Partners’ long-term success. My responsibilities include full onboarding activation, ongoing educational support, monthly check-ins and ensuring full Supered activation. I work closely with the Supered partners to build their business and collaborate with our Supered team to deploy programs that foster growth and retention.

✧ Oversee the entire process of onboarding partners, from initial setup to ongoing training and support. Ensure seamless client implementations, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance. Streamline the onboarding process to reduce the time it takes for partners to see value from Supered by helping them fully integrate and activate Supered within their business.
✧ Conduct live training sessions and create recorded videos to demonstrate the full capabilities of Supered to partners.
✧ Advocate for Supered by clearly articulating its value proposition to partners and potential clients. Showcase the benefits of using Supered through various channels, emphasizing its impact on their business success.
✧ Proactively identify and address challenges that partners may encounter, providing creative solutions to ensure their success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that arise.
✧ Utilize our online community as a resource for partners to enhance their understanding and adoption of the Supered platform.
✧ Foster strong, lasting relationships with partners by consistently delivering exceptional service and support. Understand the unique needs and goals of each partner to tailor our services accordingly.

Partner Development Manager 

DataCamp

As the head of contract partner success and recruitment driving the development, execution, and success of impactful partner programs. Achieved exceptional recruitment and retention results for top-tier data instructors and partners at DataCamp.

✧ Implemented a centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to streamline and automate the instructor recruiting and application process. Customized the CRM to track applicant information, communication history, and application scoring. Trained content team members in proficient use of the CRM system and maintained accurate records, including feedback consolidation on instructor auditions.
✧ Standardized templates, guidelines, and evaluation criteria for assessing instructor applications, resulting in improved processes and decision-making cutting the full process from 6 weeks to 4 weeks.

Head of Instructor (Partners) Success

Pluralsight

Strategic leader responsible for the development and delivery of new and established author programs and communications, crucial for bolstering recruitment and retention within the world's leading ed tech author partner community. 

✧ Successfully developed, proposed, and executed five new author partner programs, resulting in a remarkable +46% surge in author recruitment. As well as oversaw the seamless execution of current author events, programs, and communications, contributing to heightened community engagement. 
✧ Orchestrated the end-to-end execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns and programs, managing logistics, budget, lead distribution, and follow-up strategies across various channels including email, social, digital, events, and webinars.

✧ Established, managed, and led various author onboarding and retention programs, resulting in a substantial ~30% increase in participating partners and achieving an unprecedented high Net Promoter
Score (NPS) of 86. 
✧ Amplified the mission, strategy, and objectives of Author partner programs through the implementation of an effective communication strategy.
✧ Devised and executed bi-annual Author Partner Summit conferences in both North America (NA) and Europe.
✧ Orchestrated and hosted quarterly partner calls and Pluralsight business reviews.

Program and Partner Marketing Manager 

Effectively managed and executed experiential marketing campaigns on a global scale for a cross-functional team. Responsibilities included execution development, budget formulation, and on-site event management. Owned large scale events including: Sales Kick Off, Pluralsight LIVE user conference, and Author Summit. Additionally, oversaw an extensive vendor network to support major global events and programs. Key accomplishments and duties encompassed:

✧ Successfully established and managed an annual budget of $3 million, leveraging available resources without exceeding the allocated budget.
✧ Formulated a comprehensive event marketing strategy closely aligned with corporate sales objectives. Identified target audiences and tailored campaigns to effectively engage and reach them.
✧ Crafted compelling event communications and generated creative assets, such as emails, social media content, landing pages, and advertisements. Orchestrated pivotal initiatives to bolster Pluralsight's recent IPO.

Experiential Event Marketing Manager

As the Field Manager overseeing the national go-to-market strategy for field events and tradeshows, I played a pivotal role in propelling corporate business success and driving top-of-funnel lead generation. Here are some noteworthy aspects of my responsibilities and achievements:

Field Marketing Manager

OUTFRONT Media

Utah Sports Properties is a division of Outfront Media Sports that worked in partnership with the University of Utah Athletics. USP sold and fulfilled on Corporate Sponsorships and Multimedia Rights.  
Managed all aspects of event marketing and game day operations for University of Utah football, basketball and gymnastics. Managed sponsorships—responsible for contracting, invoicing and post-sale customer satisfaction. Designed and implemented successful customer retention program to ensure reoccurring revenue for the department. Managed post-event logistics including satisfaction surveys and reviewing data trends to ensure the future success of the department. Built and managed infrastructure to maintain a single system of records to track; clients, individual budgets and sales.

Account Executive, Partner Experience

Nordstrom

I began with Nordstrom on the Service Experience team in January 2012. I had the opportunity to be one of five members of this new team who lead the store opening as the first fulling mobile, front-facing store. In the Spring of 2013 I was accepted into, the Future Nordstrom Leaders program, where I learned how to lead the Nordstrom way. After the completion of the FNL program, I was promoted to the City Creek Designer Handbags and Gucci Assistant Manager role. Responsible for creating department schedules and sales goals for 15 associates on a weekly basis. Maintained product selling costs to ensure profitability. Analyzed and leveraged historical store reporting data to drive new business, resulting in department growth.
