As a Partner Manager, I play a pivotal role in ensuring Supered’s Partners’ long-term success and satisfaction. My responsibilities include full onboarding activation, ongoing educational support, monthly check-ins and ensuring full Supered activation. I work closely with the Supered partners to build their business and collaborate with our Supered team to deploy programs that foster growth and retention.

✧ Oversee the entire process of onboarding partners, from initial setup to ongoing training and support. Ensure seamless client implementations, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance. Streamline the onboarding process to reduce the time it takes for partners to see value from Supered by helping them fully integrate and activate Supered within their business.
✧ Conduct live training sessions and create recorded videos to demonstrate the full capabilities of Supered to partners.
✧ Advocate for Supered by clearly articulating its value proposition to partners and potential clients. Showcase the benefits of using Supered through various channels, emphasizing its impact on their business success.
✧ Proactively identify and address challenges that partners may encounter, providing creative solutions to ensure their success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that arise.
✧ Utilize our online community as a resource for partners to enhance their understanding and adoption of the Supered platform.

Utah Sports Properties is a division of Outfront Media Sports that worked in partnership with the University of Utah Athletics. USP sold and fulfilled on Corporate Sponsorships and Multimedia Rights.  
Managed all aspects of event marketing and game day operations for University of Utah football, basketball and gymnastics. Managed sponsorships—responsible for contracting, invoicing and post-sale customer satisfaction. Designed and implemented successful customer retention program to ensure reoccurring revenue for the department. Managed post-event logistics including satisfaction surveys and reviewing data trends to ensure the future success of the department. Built and managed infrastructure to maintain a single system of records to track; clients, individual budgets and sales.

I began with Nordstrom on the Service Experience team in January 2012. I had the opportunity to be one of five members of this new team who lead the store opening as the first fulling mobile, front-facing store. In the Spring of 2013 I was accepted into, the Future Nordstrom Leaders program, where I learned how to lead the Nordstrom way. After the completion of the FNL program, I was promoted to the City Creek Designer Handbags and Gucci Assistant Manager role. Responsible for creating department schedules and sales goals for 15 associates on a weekly basis. Maintained product selling costs to ensure profitability. Analyzed and leveraged historical store reporting data to drive new business, resulting in department growth.
