• Lead on the development, management and configuration of the College’s CRM and Marketing Automation systems (currently Salesforce) working in close partnership with IT Services and external suppliers as required 
• Manage the provision of the inbound enquiry management service for prospective students 
• Manage and develop the CRM nurture and conversion plans in line with business objectives, across all areas of Student Recruitment Conversion – UG, PG, UCAS, International – as required 
• Manage the mapping and data integrity of the integration between varying systems

•	Serving as primary point of contact for, and liaison between former students, staff and exec group.
•	Implementing the universities regulations changes, forecasting and reporting movement to all heads of recruitment and financial departments.
•	High-impact communicator effectively presenting and conveying information through written and verbal contact with students, team members, and management. 
•	Polished leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams to increase productivity, also demonstrating the ability to improvise, improve procedures, and meet demanding deadlines.
•	Working directly with managers on marketing and referral strategies creating master reports tracking progression within the scheme and business. 
•	Overseeing prompt payments are made on valid claims. Monitoring and insuring complaints, non-payment and general queries are managed through face to face interaction and the use of Microsoft outlook effectively to insure minimal disruption to the student.
•	Creating the structure and terms and conditions of the scheme ensuring they are followed and meet before sent to finance.
• Updating in-house database with changes to the accounts managing the work flow to effectively report from.

Overseeing and checking applications and duly issuing offer and acceptance letters.
On top of this the day to day admin and routine filing and registration and enrolement of students.
