Coordinates and plans meetings, updates and manages the calendar, prepares formal letters and memos for the CHRO. Prepare confidential personnel documents for central office and regional staff, to include editing (including pdf. files with Adobe Pro DC), typing and composing diversified, complex documents requiring a full range of word processing capabilities including organizational chart maintenance with Visio and scheduling TEAMs meetings via an audio conferencing license. Ensures special reports are accurate and distributed in a timely manner. Serves as the Office DPO Originator, P-Card Liaison and the PCAS Coordinator. Duties include preparing all travel vouchers, direct expenditures invoices and purchase orders related to the HR Budget. Works with the Assistant HR Director to monitor expenditures and recommends adjustments accordingly. Coordinates printing needs with Print Shop. Responsible for registering staff and processing payment for training and job fairs. Performs asset management and custodian duties for the Office of Human Resources .Ensures telephone back-up for the receptionist and assures coverage at all times. Oversees the Employee ID Badge System. Assures receptionist is trained in the operation of ID Badge System and processes associated with the system. Responsible for contacting the landlord regarding building issues impacting the office suite in coordination with the Assistant HR Director.

Purchasing Supplies, Credit Card Liaison for the entire Bureau of Land and Waste Management. All Purchases for the Bureau would need to be approved by me before purchase was allowed. Maintain personnel records, schedule new hire interviews, and handle all purchasing for the office. Direct Purchase Order Certified by the State and a Notary.

Verified sums of coin and currency received from branches, customers and tellers. Prepared, verified and shipped coin and currency to Federal Reserve. Maintained daily log of shipments to/from the branches.
