My goal is to integrate my 6 years experience in customer service, 5 years of medical and 2 years in tech/troubleshooting and interprofessional leadership to a company and show my strong work ethic, positivity and dedication within the field. My attention to detail and communication skills will ensure that any team I am a part of will succeed and grow. I am excited to be included in a project and/or company and will work hard to ensure that quality is maintained as well as a healthy environment within my team members. You may be thinking - why should I hire a previous healthcare professional? Being in healthcare has taught me problem solving skills, how to work in a high stress environment, working long hours and much more. Attention to detail is a must because the care of a person is a very serious matter and leaves no room for error. Also schooling for healthcare taught me research and FAST learning habits. Not to mention constantly working under pressure and deadlines. Keeping a positive attitude as well as strong leadership/teamwork skills are pertinent in healthcare, so I’m experienced in that regard as well. Plus, it never hurts to have someone who knows CPR on your team! After participating in the National Society of Leadership and Success program (NSLS) I feel confident in my leadership and collaboration skills and only wish to implement them into my future workforce team.
