As a Website manager at Phaidon International, I am responsible for the overall management, development and maintenance of 21 websites. This includes creating and updating content, tracking and understanding user journeys, applications, and client B-206 user journeys. My role focuses on User experience (UX), Engagement, accessibility and the overall digital future-proofing of the all 7 brands.

Main Responsibilities 

• Optimising the web journey to ensure brand continuity that is distinctive per region and brand
• Using data analytics to create an impactful landing pages for clients and candidates (A/B testing)
•  Managing SEO Agencies and completing SEO analysis and benchmarking to feed innovation pipeline and deliver best practice reporting.
• Managing UAT testing and technical stack in line with the 7 brands

As the Digital Experience Manager, I am responsible for delivering innovative digital programmes to drive client and candidate engagement across nine websites. My role supports global markets to promote excellence in digital experiences for both candidates and clients. I ensure our digital platforms support and optimise local marketing initiatives and look at newly developed channels to drive conversion.

Main Responsibilities:

•	Lead on strategic digital UK & ROW initiatives to deepen candidate engagement and drive lead generation including project management of strategic content, vendor platform integration and data-driven customer journey enhancements. (Drupal)

Main Responsibilities:
•	Creating; executing and analysing integrated marketing strategies for both brands

•	Understanding and providing student analysis leading to accurate student profiles for all paid campaigns 
•	Managing all paid and organic marketing channels targeting international audiences -PPC, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter

My daily tasks at Novus was to market various lines of insurance for over two thousand agents. I also worked alongside stakeholders and managed external agencies to streamline Novus’ marketing communications. I planned, designed and produced all of the copywriting for Novus; which includes everything from brochures to event stands (print marketing campaigns), to database management for direct marketing (digital campaigns). I reported market trends to management to maximise ROI and selected innovative ideas for Novus to test.

•	Creating and executing a four-year marketing and events plan, with a sixty-five thousand pound marketing budget each year
