Global Operations Director - Design & Development

Strategic Planning: Develop and refine the organisation's development strategic plan. Working closely with the executive team to set strategic objectives and develop action plans to achieve them.

Operational Efficiency: Responsible for identifying areas of operational improvement within the organisation. Evaluating existing processes and implementing strategies to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serving as a bridge between different departments within the organisation. Collaborating with various teams, such as finance, marketing, sales, and human resources, to align their efforts with the organisation's overall direction.

Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating risks where possible. Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to minimise the impact on the organisation's goals. Developing risk management frameworks and policies where needed

Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for providing regular reports and analyses to the senior leadership and executives. This includes presenting key findings, performance updates, and recommendations for improvement.

Client Relationship Management: Main focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This involves understanding their needs, communicating effectively, and acting as their primary point of contact within the company. Understanding their goals, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded.

Client Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure client satisfaction and drive client retention. Proactively monitor client satisfaction levels, conduct regular check-ins, and address any concerns or issues that may arise, fostering long-term partnerships.
