I am passionate about equipping Christian entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and leaders worldwide to launch and scale purpose-driven ventures. Specializing in operational strategy and product development, I help entrepreneurs transform their God-given vision into clear, actionable plans.

I work closely with entrepreneurs to develop operational strategies, systems, and messaging for smooth, precise launches. I also assist in creating purpose-driven products and experiences that empower others to live with purpose. This includes designing impact strategies, building user-friendly experiences, creating efficient operational systems, and developing measurement frameworks.

As the founder of the On Purpose Coaching program, I help individuals gain clarity in their purpose and develop actionable steps for their entrepreneurial ventures, giving strategies, or career paths. I also created On Purpose Together, a church curriculum designed to help people discover and live out their redemptive purpose. My program is being licensed for use by leadership coaches, expanding the reach of this life-changing work.

In addition to my private coaching and consulting, I serve as a coach for Creo Ventures, which equips Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs with the leadership tools and relational support they need to build redemptive ventures that matter.

Generosity Path

As a Senior Leadership Team member and in roles as Product Director and Operations Director at Generosity Path, I played a pivotal role in scaling our mission globally. I helped design and execute strategies that aligned our team’s efforts with our mission, ensuring we stayed on track with key milestones. I facilitated discussions to address the right problems, deploy optimal solutions, and track critical metrics. I also ensured our team members were in roles that leveraged their strengths, fostering a collaborative and effective environment.

In product development, I oversaw the ideation, testing, and launch of online and in-person retreats and workshops, while managing a team focused on creative design, cultural adaptation, and platform development. I established a shared vision for the company, ensuring consensus on strategies and priorities for effective execution.

In operations, I built the organizational structure needed to deploy our products in over 70 countries and 40 languages, training the operations team and hiring a director to oversee its growth. Additionally, I temporarily led the marketing strategy, helping us communicate our mission and expand our reach. Through these efforts, we were able to scale our impact from a few meetings to a global network of over 70 countries, delivering transformational experiences that helped people discover the joy of giving.

Serve Houston

As Founder and Interim Executive Director of Serve Houston, I mobilized young professionals to connect with charities using their skills and expertise. Using a user-centered approach, I developed the concept, organizational structure, and strategy, securing funding through a multi-phase board approval process. By applying design-thinking methods, I built infrastructure that enabled Serve Houston to mobilize over 350 business professionals, delivering 1,575 volunteer hours in the first year alone. Some of these volunteers delivered skilled capacity worth $5,000 to $30,000 through just one individual. After transitioning to Board Member, I oversaw strategy, vision, and the development of a measurement framework while creating coaching tools for volunteers to strengthen non-profit business processes.

Stoller Foundation

Led a Houston-based foundation dedicated to increasing volunteerism by awarding high-impact grants and launching new social initiatives. Managed a $3.7M annual budget, awarding $3.1M in grants yearly while developing an impact measurement framework to track volunteer mobilization and service reach. Founded an incubator program using design-thinking principles, successfully launching four charities that addressed key community needs. Supervised a team of three and guided directors of four start-ups with budgets between $150K-$1.5M. Strengthened stakeholder engagement through branding, communications, and strategic reporting. In 2014, these efforts mobilized 9,580 additional volunteers, contributing 69,142 service hours to support 27,350 people.

Managed a remote team of 30 independent contractors, enhancing efficiency through a web-based process flow tool. Led leasing strategy execution, budgeting, and diverse stakeholder collaboration across geology, engineering, geophysics, construction, legal, and government agencies. Developed a continuous improvement program to drive top-quartile performance. Negotiated complex agreements and acreage trades, optimizing asset value and strategic positioning.
