As marketer #1 at Factor, Ashley was tasked with a broad remit: Build a team. Drive Factor's Brand, PR, and thought leadership. Build and execute a Field Marketing strategy.  Support internal communications. Launch a global company kick-off. Just to name a few.

-Built a small-but-mighty in-house team and established a network of freelance designers, producers, developers, and agency partners.
-Contributed millions in pipeline and revenue across multiple organic channels 
-Redefined Factor's brand position launching a new category in the legal market earning recognition by the Financial Times
-Creating thought leadership marketing playbook, launching first company podcast 
-Established field marketing strategy, executing Factor’s presence at 12+ annual conferences per year
-Rebranded and launched a community for General Counsel/Chief Legal Officers
-Led public relations and increased competitive share of voice from 18% to 25%
-Implemented Marketo and lead scoring/lifecycle processes; partnering with RevOps to build and report on top-of-funnel activity
-Launched a 4.8 (out of 5) star company kick-off for 600+ Factorians globally (now entering its third year)
-Redesigned Factor’s website resulting in a 43% increase in visitors; Implemented SEO best practices 
-Increased LinkedIn followers by 50% in year 1

Head Of Marketing

As Global Supplier Marketing Manager, Ashley was responsible for the creation and execution of best practice processes to support the onboarding and care of Tungsten Network's Supplier community. Ashley led all aspects of marketing to support the Enrollment, Service Delivery, Supplier onboarding, and Product teams as it relates to the Supplier community which consists of over 300,000 businesses (and growing). Responsible for the Tungsten Network brand, Ashley ensured all internal and external activity aligned with brand guidelines, corporate vision, and identity.

Global Supplier Marketing Manager

As Global Buyer Marketing Manager, Ashley developed and executed the global marketing strategy to support the company's growth objectives. Working closely with Sales & Account Managers, Ashley deployed multi-media campaigns to generate demand for Tungsten Network solutions for both current and prospective customers. 

Ashley managed a variety of aspects of marketing including content marketing, demand generation, field marketing and corporate branding. In addition, she managed agency partners and the Marketing Technology stack to support demand gen including Marketo, Vidyard, Terminus, BrightEdge and Salesforce.

Global Buyer Marketing Manager

In her role as Buyer Marketing Coordinator, Ashley coordinated & executed Tungsten Network's presence at webinars, tradeshows and annual client user conferences globally. In addition, she supported the launch of new products and services in the marketplace.  Ashley was responsible for the development & delivery of sales tools to drive brand awareness and product knowledge in the marketplace.
