Attract and retain superior accounts within Travelers’ target markets. Make competitive price point decisions to sell accounts while also maintaining a profitable book of business. Educate agents on advantages/benefits of Travelers’ products and services versus competitors. 
Thorough analysis of businesses to identify exposures that could result in a financial loss. 
Weigh risk against positive account attributes to ensure territory has the highest potential for growth, and lowest exposure to financial loss.
Exercise solid judgment in daily decisions, and maintain positive agency interactions in order to grow & retain the best possible book of business.
