Job Description:
To generate, advise and maintain platinum corporate and institutional accounts, whilst creating sales channels and networks through partners to ensure business and product growth. I have also restructured and lead the AFEX East Coast Offices, with oversight responsibility for all P&L activities for the East coast region. My role assumes direct accountability for the continued development and general management of the AFEX East coast region including Sales, Trading, Operations, and Partnerships.

Responsibilities:
-       Overseeing the development and organisation of the Sales and Relationship Management team, setting revenue and sales targets and ensure the team meets those goals
- 	The entire sales process from identifying the platinum prospect, presentation and the design and implementation of the execution strategies.
- 	Identify strategic partners to help enhance AFEX's product offering and maximize client wallet 
-       Create long lasting client relationships and ensure maximum client satisfaction
- 	Work alongside other sales personnel to generate, motivate and support sales team efforts.
- 	Work alongside back office staff to resolve potential Compliance, Operation or Credit issues of concern
- 	Work with C-Suite to create and deliver new products and service offerings
- 	Absolute adherence to company compliance and regulatory requirements and guidelines

Job Description
Role:
 
To provide worldwide foreign currency exchange services and cross-border payments services to Institutional, Corporate and High Net Worth Individuals. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
Independently identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, market analysis and networking.
Perform ongoing analysis on new/existing client portfolios
On a monthly basis meet/exceed revenue and new account targets set by supervisor.
Create revenue through open trading deals.
Work alongside other sales personnel to generate, motivate and support sales team efforts.
Work alongside back office staff to resolve potential Compliance, Operation or Credit issues of concern
Work with Sales Support staff for on-boarding process.
Client management solicit orders, price up the order/trade and execute the order via client instructions
Manage the relationship with the clients and provide excellent customer service.
Absolute adherence to company compliance and regulatory requirements and guidelines

Experience
Strong sales and analysis skills for successful business generation
Experience in the field of foreign exchange services
Strong interpersonal skills,  professional deportment and the ability to persuade
Strong verbal and written communication ability
Organization, verbal and visual presentation, and a proactive approach to sales
Excellent time management
Insight and experience to protect the company’s commercial priorities and positively drive client relationship
Extreme attention to detail, particularly with respect to client information and payment data
Strong mathematical skills

Ashley has expertise across all aspects of a cross-border transaction having spent over 15 years in a wide variety of FX industry roles in both Europe and the North America.  He saw a need within his extensive global investor network to simplify the way cross-border transactions were handled, and is often engaged to speak on foreign exchange strategies and the economy. 

Prior to founding Deaglo, Ashley was a Director for 10 years at AFEX one of the largest providers of foreign exchange payments in the world. There he was responsible for the acquisition, management and maintenance of corporate, institutional and high net worth clients. Ashley led the East coast region of AFEX and whilst under his watch, the team doubled revenues annually and developed an expertise in a variety of industries, including alternative investments.

Ashley is an avid rower, and has rowed in regattas across the UK and US at both collegiate and club level. He lives in New Jersey and spends as much time as he can with his wife, daughter and son.
