As an Associate Merchant, I pick the assortments for the PC software and laptop bags/cases categories. In additon, I  manage the financials for my categories including sales, profit, and inventory. I cultivate supplier relationships and negotiate item costs to enhance profitability.I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Walmart customers have excpetional service with the item offerings in stores and online.

Nike

At Nike, I owned responsbilities for opening/closing store, preparing bank deposits, reconciling cash drawers, handling in-store loss prevention cases, and resolve customer complaints/issues. In addition, I handled human resource duties including preparing employee schedules, coaching and developing staff, hiring and onboarding candidates.

My proudes achievement included:
-----Selected as one of four US managers to serve three-month Home office Ecommerce assignment focused on improving store and customer online experiences.

Athlete Experience Manager

In this role, I assisted with  opening/closing store, leading and developing associates, providing impeccable customer service, and managing store P & L.  I also provided exceptional customer experiences and resolve all issues/concerns timely.

Some notable achievements included:
-----Recognized as store “Employee of the Year” for four consecutive years.
-----Spearheaded Nike college shop launch at University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2018.

Product Life Cycle Lead

As an athlete, I facilitated the customer experience from store entry to final purchase. Managed the cash register and finalized sales with customers. I owned the merchandise flow of apparel to sales floor. In addition, I delivered aesthetically pleasing sales floor with properly zoned merchandise.  I enjoyed training new associates on procedural and sales’ practices. 

My proudest achievements included:
•	Promoted to full-time athlete within one year of employment.
•	Serviced 500+ customers weekly and eclipsed all quarterly sales quotas.
