Relevant highlights:
• Rebuilt the sales process for Wayble, a talent platform, by working with the CEO on their growth strategy for both sides of the marketplace. Our work included the hiring/training of SDRs, strategy/copywriting for outbound sales and frequent check-ins supporting their sales team in a sales advisory capacity
• Supported the scaling of JIBE, an e-commerce agency, by leading the revamp of their hiring processes. This including spearheading finding partners in LATAM for project delivery, building a active talent pool of available contractors and hiring 15+ full-time team members over 2 years from 6 countries across the Americas

Responsibilities: 
• Supported early-stage HR Tech companies on GTM strategies through both consulting and hands on execution
• Helped clients close $1M+ ARR by building outbound sales processes, hiring/training SDRs and working as a fractional AE to close deals
• Created custom demo scripts, built playbooks, and enabled teams to scale working with Founders to hit their goals

Worked on the growth team at VanHack in a business development/account management role. Helped create sales engine/process to scale after product market fit. In addition to this, I also managed our channel partnerships that helped us scale quickly.

Account Executive (RecTech)

New market development in Eastern Canada, focused on building channel partnerships to launch in the region, acquired our first 100 Ontario customers and helped double revenue. Relocated temporarily to Toronto to achieve these goals.

As an account and project manager, my role was assisting the lead strategist with conversion optimisation strategy by representing our client's needs. After the client approved the strategy, I handled all production and approvals through setting the right expectations with internal/external stakeholders to ensure project delivery.

In this role, I learnt a lot about conversion optimisation and the role of good UX/Analytics in strategy creation. It was also an opportunity to exercise my relationship management and communication skills. My client list including HP, IBM and ASICS, all of whom had very technical requirements that we had to troubleshoot through as a team and helped grow our problem solving skills considerably.

Hired as the first employee in a technology education bootcamp as the school was getting ready to open it's door. I had the opportunity to assist with the non-technical operations of the school, allowing the founders to focus on education and project work. Initially my role focused on admissions and marketing strategy in order to fill our classes. Once the company grew, I moved over to handle hiring partnerships and community development. It was a great experience to work in a small team and push myself to learn/grow as we established ourselves.
