Hi, I’m Ash – a strategic thinker, charismatic leader and enthusiast when it comes to the mental-health support and wellbeing of people in the workplace. Driven by a deeply personal interest in the mental wellbeing of employees, I’ve made it my mission to steer my company and team to achieve great things in the pursuit of driving change in supporting businesses and employees. This is a role that is very important to me – the better I can make our offering, the more support we can offer for employees that are suffering. I have more than 14 years’ experience and expertise in strategy and business development. I’ve grown tech start-ups in the UK, scaled some from scratch and I’ve grown foreign organisations within the UK to multi-million dollar companies. I took this knowledge and experience and coupled it with hard work, dedication, the need to succeed and, of course, my passion for the wellbeing of others. I then combined it all with a touch of perfectionism to come up with a solution that will make a difference in the workplace. It is my goal to be supporting over 5000 employees by the end of 2021 and we are just about there.
