- Coordinate with writers to ensure the MFOLGW Twitter is constantly running.
- Lead a team of over ten individuals in ensuring the organization maintains a constant online presence.
- Coordinate with the press to ensure effective coverage of any MFOLGW events.

Game Genius

- Create designs as well as content for the social media pages of Game Genius.
- Assist with the development of client outreach and relationship development.
- Collaborate with the Founder and the rest of the team to help them with any tasks that they have.

Viva Vita DC

- Create designs and content for the Viva Vita social media pages.
- Run a side marketing account for Viva Vita - Seniors of DC.
- Assist the Founder with all tasks relevant to the growth of Viva Vita.

Business Development Intern

Truckr, LLC

- Assist with all production of content for social media platforms of Truckr such as Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin.
- Write copy for any requirements of the company.
- Assist the CEO with business development in the form of speaking to other food trucks and helping with their onboarding process.
- Exploring new opportunities and avenues for marketing and business development of the company.

National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC)

- Support the Events and Experience team in setting up the Best of the Best Conference in April and the Conference in August.
- Brainstorm ideas for the conference, answer all calls and queries about the conference, represent the organization in speaking to vendors for the event.

- Built and maintained client relationships through periodic meetings, emails, and phone conversations. 
- Implemented new strategies for physical and digital marketing while maintaining their social media accounts Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Linkedin and Pinterest.
- Wrote blog posts and articles to improve Search Engine Optimisation.
- Organized events to facilitate physical marketing.

Digital Marketing Executive

A Writer's Haven

- Founded an art collective called A Writers Haven to promote art and facilitate interaction between different art forms and artists in India.
- Led a team of over 10 individuals in establishing the organizations brand and its equity. Organized 10 events: poetry slams, art collectives, art festivals over a period of two years.
- Set up teams and organized art based events across three major cities in India.
- Collaborated with leaders in the poetry community in India, mainly Kommune, Spill Poetry, and Airplane Poetry Movement.

Ashwath Narayanan is the Founder & CEO of Social Currant, a DC-based marketplaces that helps impact brands, nonprofits and CSR initiatives match with the right creators to run campaigns. Social Currant has helped some of the largest nonprofits run national campaigns around issues like voter registration, immigration, healthcare and tech diversity. 

Ashwath is also a Senior Advisor to DC Arch Angels, an angel investing group in DC. He was also named on the 25 Under 25 DC Class of 2021 Inno list & is a graduate of The George Washington University's School of Media & Public Affairs.
