● Identified new business opportunity and pivoted business from a product company to a service provider, resulting in 4x revenue, generating 120k USD in 9 months

In charge of building out a million dollar African channel for Freshworks. 

● Worked with Founders/CEOs and other senior management from partners, to generate outbound opportunities for Freshworks to close
● Won awards for highest quota attainment in Q2 and Q3, 98% attainment of $1.25 Million quota
● Remotely managed 4 sales+tech resources from Kenya and Egypt, saving ~100k USD in salary & employee related expenses

Promoted to Senior SDR, my responsibilities included everything I had as an SDR, and then some:

● Designated pseudo team lead providing monthly business metrics to management and ramped up 4 new hires within a quarter, decreasing ramp time by 50%
● Developed SDR Sales+Marketing playbook, eventually used by the global 150+ member SDR team
● Brought in brands like Vodafone, Panasonic & Bridgestone Tires, generated pipeline of $500k and
revenue of $174k USD

● Omnichannel Outbound Enterprise Lead Generation through Solutions Consulting and Use-Case Analysis calls with CXO/VP/Director level clientele to understand business challenges
● Generated multiple $100K-200K upsell/cross-sell opportunities contributing to pipeline of $1.1 Million
USD, registering highest quota attainment (138%) org-wide for 3 quarters consecutively

As the first employee of the sales team of a Greenfield project "Matrimony Mandaps", I worked as a Customer Relationship Executive, Vendor Executive and temporarily doubled as a Team Lead. 

● Handled Sales, Customer Loss Analysis, CRM implementation and Partner Account Management,
generating revenue of $20k USD with a Total Purchase Value of $50k USD in 9 months
● Reduced customer lead time by half to 16 minutes, adding extra revenue of $10k USD per quarter

Got to play a small (but significant!) role in the rise of a couple hypergrowth startups over the course of my 7+ years work experience.
